The purpose of TRIFitPRO is to help endurance athletes build an off season strength and conditioning program. Ensuring the athlete gains speed, avoids injuries and increases flexibility. Most endurance athletes ignore strength training and flexibility, choosing to continue to do cardiovascular training throughout the year.
